Eligibility & Registration Requirements

Acting in a Personal Capacity: You register and play in your own name, not on behalf of any other person or entity. A Rich2Club account is personal and may not be transferred to or used by any other party.
Accurate & Up-to-Date Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, Malaysian phone number, active email address, and any other required details.
Not on the Exclusion List: You are not on any gambling exclusion list issued by any relevant authority, and have never been banned by Rich2Club previously.
Important: rich2club reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Policy
Every player at Rich2Club is only permitted to hold one registered account. This is a core platform rule designed to ensure fairness for all players and to prevent bonus abuse.
One Account Per Individual: Registering or managing more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited, even if different information is used. This includes sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method across multiple accounts.

Bonus & Promotions
Rich2Club offers a range of bonuses and promotions to reward both new and loyal members. Each promotion has specific terms that must be followed. The following are the general conditions applicable to all bonuses at Rich2Club.
Welcome Bonus: The 100% welcome bonus of up to RM500 is available exclusively for a new member's first deposit and is only valid for those who have never received any Rich2Club bonus before. Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
Rollover Requirements: Most bonuses come with rollover requirements, meaning you must wager a specified amount before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus means you need to place a total of RM1,000 in bets before a withdrawal is permitted. The exact rollover for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus that is unused, or any rollover that is not completed within the stipulated timeframe, will automatically expire and be cancelled. Check your bonus expiry dates in your account regularly.
Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing opposing bets (arbitrage), or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of withdrawals.
Right to Modify Promotions: Rich2Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. The latest promotions are always displayed on our platform's Promotions page.

Game Rules
All games available at Rich2Club — including slots, Live Casino, poker, blackjack, and jackpot games — must be played in accordance with the rules set by the platform and the respective software providers.
Game Results are Final: All completed game results are final and non-disputable unless a material technical error can be proven. Rich2Club uses independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fairness.
Technical Error: In the event of a technical error during a game, Rich2Club reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the player. Winnings resulting from a system error will not be paid out.
Betting Limits: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface before you start. VIP players enjoy higher betting limits.

Sports Betting & Football
The Sports Betting section at Rich2Club — including bets on Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and other sports — are subject to the following additional terms.
Bets Accepted Upon Confirmation: A bet is only considered valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the system Rich2Club. Unconfirmed bets have no value and will not be paid out.
Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes refunded. If the match resumes within 48 hours, all bets remain valid.
In-Play Betting: During in-play (live) betting, Rich2Club reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without notice, particularly during critical moments in a match. Bets submitted while a market is suspended will not be accepted.
Odds Changes: Odds across all sports markets are updated in real time and may change before your bet is confirmed. The applicable odds are those in effect at the moment your bet is officially accepted by the system.
Odds Arbitrage Exploitation: Rich2Club prohibits any betting strategy designed to exploit odds discrepancies between platforms or to systematically place opposing bets. Accounts found to be engaged in arbitrage activity may be restricted or closed.

Account Termination
Account Rich2Club may be terminated by the player or by the platform for certain reasons. The following outlines the relevant procedures and conditions.
Account Closure by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting Rich2Club. Before closing your account, ensure all real-money balances have been withdrawn. Unclaimed balances remaining 90 days after the closure date may be subject to a specific policy.
Termination by Rich2Club: Rich2Club reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player's account with or without prior notice if they are found to have engaged in fraud, breach of terms, money laundering, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Balance Upon Termination: In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, Rich2Club reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance associated with the breach. Any legitimate real-money balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, unless directed otherwise by the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Amendment Notice: Any material amendments to the Terms & Conditions will be communicated to members via their registered email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for security or legal reasons.
Acceptance of Amendments: Continued use of the platform Rich2Club after the amendment's effective date will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account before the effective date.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation will be settled through an arbitration process agreed upon by both parties. The official language for all legal communications is Bahasa Melayu or English.
